BEST store to beat the heat! Nice and cool. And definitely the BEST music in a grocery store (Coldplay?)

Bought some tomato plants a month ago for $1.29 and they are doing great. I've also found some nice gifts in the garden/seasonal section inside.

Oh, and if you get hungry, the cookie ladies in the bakery will give you a free one ;)

YEAH! Raley's finally got a club card, called Something For You. Log on and click the items and it will be auto-loaded. You don't even need the card itself, just a personal password number.

Bill today was $47.22, and it came down to $21.40. :o :o :o

I vote for Raley's for best store background shopping music. Coldplay! ;)

After reading the open letter to customers on the Raley's website, I wasn't sure about the striker's picket line. So I went in to talk to the store manager to understand it better. It's only the meat dept on strike! Some of the strikers were from Safeway. Huh? :?

There were quite a few shoppers. I guess the free bread/Simply Orange juice/chips/2 lbs. bananas weekend deal was too good to say no to. That was $10 of FREE food.

I really like Raley's so I hope this is all resolved soon.
