I don't question the fact that you got poor customer service. I question whether you need to include someone's personal appearance in your rant.

It happened again yesterday when I was driving from East Washington corner of Maria. A lady pulled out to the right as I am driving through the green light.
Petaluma you really need to change the intersections. There will be a accident soon there. Also, people are running the yellow lights a lot more these days.

I mentioned this in a previous post......
take a walk through Leghorns Park....what do you think?

Who planted those trees between the two ball fields, but never staked them? How much money will it eventually cost to remove those trees which are growing at a 45-degree angle due to not being staked properly?

Who planted the bushes that are so thick that the baseball players and the tennis players cannot find their wayward baseballs and tennis balls? This shrubbery needs to be REMOVED if it cannot be maintained.

Lately it's not great to live in Petaluma. The traffic lights are horrendous. Don't know exactly why?? The light by G&G market after the nearby school gets out is horrible. Whole line of cars waiting for a red light that seems not correctly timed. The traffic to get to the west side from the east side is really bad.........
Somebody needs to do something about the lights.

If your sidewalk is covered with slippery leaves.....sweep them!
If your car is parked so the streetsweeper can't sweep.....YOU sweep up your gooey messy curbs!
If your tree branches are blocking the streetsweeper from doing his job.....trim them!
If your trees are hanging so low that pedestrians have to duck.....trim them!
If your bushes and shrubbery are infringing over the sidewalk so that pedestrians have to walk into the street.....trim them!
