Military

I saw a person in a Coast Guard uniform at the health center getting some type of medical treatment, I thought the Military has its own medical services? if a person serving in the military has to go to the county for help where in worse shape than I thought. I;m not saying that person should not be there, when I was in the military all my medical needs were taken care of by military personnel
