Heritage Homes rejects $10,000 negotiated from shopping cent

Thank you Heritage Homes for not taking extorted money. Vote was 7 to 1 with only the wife of Paul Francis voting yes. From Press Democrat :

Kudos to Heritage Homes! I can't imagine who'd want to accept any of the PNA's ill-gotten funds.

Integrity... it is much appreciated! Now let's see what the nonprofit Friends of the Petaluma River, which fund raises for and manages the River Heritage Center does with their money? They are targeted to get a good sum from Measure X as a designated recipient. Will people vote against Measure X if the River Heritage Center accepts the "tainted" funds? Do they have the same "integrity" that the Heritage Homes group appears to have? Stay tuned...

And if you want to know who to vote for City Council just look at who Frances and Maguire (who got over $100,000 in the Target 'holdup') endorse: Tiffany R., Jason D.and Alicia K. Another reason NOT to vote for them!

It's really interesting that Heritage Homes was a designeated recipient of the extortion money and they were not even asked if they wanted the money. It looks to me that Paul francis and the Mrs. are trying to feather their own nest again. I wonder where that $10,000 will go now. Into the Francis's pockets is my guess. Petaluma extortion at its finest. I am sure that David Keller is in the backgraound telling Paul Francis, Matt Maguire and Janice Cader Thompson that their thought process on this was woefully inadequate.
