To: Hotel Petaluma ?

Has anyone heard anything more about the proposed To: Hotel Petaluma at the corner of B and Petaluma Blvd? Everytime I drive past that empty lot, I wonder what is going on with the project. Haven't seen anything about it since 2010.

Having talked with Alicia Kae Herries, she said the Planning Commission, after review, will be ready to approve a building that will have a coffe shoppe on one side and an antique store on the other, whith a flower shop in the back (so she can have a job) in the year 2032. No drive through because of car emissions and no parking lot for the same reason. She said people can park in the Target parking lot

Saw that they have taken down the fencing which can't be a good thing. Is this project dead in the water?
