This place is as other have found to be hit and miss. The prices are higher than in San Francisco and Santa Rosa.
Ate here one day, place was 1/2 full. Another guy wearing a cap/hat wanders around to tables and talks to customers and avoids others, very similar behavior to the vietnamese guy over in the OSH plaza. The fresh spring rolls were soggy with bits of shrimp and torn rice wrappers. The cold vermicelli noodles with veggies, egg roll, and pork chops came out looking good but the flavor was bland.
Egg rolls should be fried in CLEAN oil not dark oil with burned bits that stick to the skins. The pork chop should be grilled not saute'd or wok cooked.
Customers should not have to ask for tea refills.
Other dishes ordered were just mediocre. Staff is inattentive, but they do look at you and avoid eye contact.
The only time they rush your table is when they return with your credit card to get your signature. They did not even say thank you or come back again, or any comment when I got up to leave.

You would think a new spot would go all out to cater to new customers and get people to come back. This is another place that most likely will close by the end of the year.

The only good Viet food in Sonoma County is Simple Vietnam in Santa Rosa.

NPA...our experience almost exactly...hit or miss, can't convince hubby to go back and give it another try.....no alcohol license at that time was disappointing at best for us.... :o
