It's going to be Fru-ta. Sounds good!
Nice to see some empty spots are filling up. Aaron's next to Ross? Isn't that just like Rent-A-Center?
Any news on the old Safeway? If I win the lottery (
I am considering opening a roller rink there. With a great snack (healthy) snack bar!

I heard Safeway is holding on to their lease in the old location because they don't want another food store moving in there.

Really??? How selfish of Safeway. No wonder they have raised their prices so high. We did notice there are no "for lease" signs on the empty windows.
p.s. the layout of the new Safeway is very choppy. Some aisles go through, most of them don't. We don't shop there.

Does anyone know what's going on with the vacant bank building on Washington (at Liberty St) on the westside? a new business? another bank? office space? It's had a chain link fence around it and workers renovating the building for many months now. Just wondering...

Orthodontists Dr. Woo and Dr. D are moving their practice there from the eastside.
