If Schollenberger Park, like some of our City Council members believe, is a tourist attraction why are the bathroom facilities disgusting?

Well, the sewage treatment plant and the bathroom smell the same because they both have the same "material" in them. :D

Vote for Measure X. Maybe there will be money in there to clean the bathroom.
