If Schollenberger Park, like some of our City Council members believe, is a tourist attraction why are the bathroom facilities disgusting?

Well, the sewage treatment plant and the bathroom smell the same because they both have the same "material" in them.

Vote for Measure X. Maybe there will be money in there to clean the bathroom. :evil:

I guess that explains the aroma of the "river". Are sewer trout native to the slough?
