a hof brau would be great. Brought back memories of Tommy's Joynt and Sam's Hof Brau in S.F. The beef and turkey roasting under hot lights all day. Best sandwiches ever. Stopped buying the hardboiled eggs though. Got one and when I cracked it open, had fuzz on it. Sandwiches soaked in broth and the dressing were the best (especially when you had a limited income.) Beat the hell out of any fastfood restaurant.
