Old WWII ordnance found in a garage vicinity of Ely & Caulfield. That intersection is closed.

I initially thought it might be a news helicopter hovering over the closed intersection, but as it got closer to my neighborhood I could see that it's clearly a black chopper (cops?). It moved well away from the closed intersection and appeared to be focusing over Turtle Creek for a few hours. It was still buzzing around after dark, but I think it's gone now.
