Oh little black ants
why are you crawling into
my big box of See's

My 5th grade teacher occasionally had us start the day by composing a haiku poem. Thank you Mrs. C!

Five syllables
Seven syllables
Five syllables

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Petaluma sun
another glorious day
go live, laugh and love

Monday morning blues
left while kids were still asnooze
can't wait for tonight

Oops I only had 4 in the last line. Is "can't" one syllable
come on folks It doesn't have to rhyme. who's going to try today?
We already missed Tuesday
